1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Total Trading Terminal ("TTT," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Total Trading Terminal website and applications (the "Platform"). It is part of our Terms of Service.
The short version: we collect what we need to run the Platform for you, we protect broker access with encryption, and we do not sell your personal information.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you give us
Account details such as your name, email address, and password (stored only as a one-way hash); messages you send us; and settings you create on the Platform, such as watchlists, layouts, alerts, strategy settings, and risk limits.
2.2 Broker connection data
When you connect a broker, the credentials needed to act on your instructions are encrypted and stored on your own computer. We do not receive or store them, and you can delete them at any time. For Tradovate, this includes your Tradovate API key details and your Tradovate username and password (we recommend the dedicated API password Tradovate lets you create for your key, rather than your login password). For brokers that connect through their own sign-in (OAuth), you sign in on the broker's site and the app keeps only an access token on your computer, not your broker password. Through the connection we receive account identifiers, balances, positions, orders, and fills so the Platform can show them and run the tools you turn on.
2.3 Billing information
Payments are processed by Whop. We receive your purchase and subscription status and the email used at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number.
2.4 Usage and device information
Log and usage data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages and features used, errors, and timestamps. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the Platform.
3. How We Use Information
To create and secure your account; to connect to your brokers and carry out the instructions and automations you choose; to show market data, charts, and analytics; to process your trial and subscription; to send service messages such as verification, security, and trade notifications; to provide support; to detect fraud and abuse; to improve the Platform; and to meet legal obligations.
With your consent where required, we may also send you marketing emails about TTT and other brands owned and operated by our company. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
6. Security
Your broker and data keys are encrypted and stored on your own computer, not on our servers. We transmit data over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and limit internal access to what is needed to operate the Platform. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and tell us right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Data Retention
We keep account information for as long as your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable time, except records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes, which we keep only as long as needed for those purposes.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You can review and update your account details in Settings, disconnect brokers at any time, and unsubscribe from marketing emails. You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, or delete it by emailing [email protected] from the address on your account. We may need to verify your identity first. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them as required. We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.
9. Children
The Platform is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Where Information Is Processed
We are based in the United States, and our providers process information in the United States. If you use the Platform from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always posted on this page with its "Last updated" date. For material changes we will notify you in the Platform or by email before they take effect.
