1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Total Trading Terminal website, web application, and desktop and mobile applications (together, the "Platform"), provided by Total Trading Terminal ("TTT," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclosures, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
2. What TTT Is, and What It Is Not
2.1 Software only
TTT is licensed charting and trading software. It displays market data, charts and analytics, and lets you send instructions to brokerage accounts that you own and connect yourself.
2.2 Not a broker, adviser, or custodian
TTT is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or commodity pool operator. We do not hold, receive, or have custody of your money or securities, and we do not execute, clear, or settle trades. Your orders are executed by the broker you connect, under your own account agreement with that broker.
2.3 No investment advice
Nothing on the Platform is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, option, or other instrument. Charts, indicators, strategies, algorithms, AI-generated responses, examples, and educational content are general information and tools only. You alone decide whether and how to trade.
3. Your Account
You must give accurate information when you register and keep it current. Sign up and log in with the same email address you use at checkout; we match subscriptions to accounts by that email, and we cannot transfer a purchase to a different address.
You are responsible for keeping your password and devices secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared or resold.
4. Connecting Your Broker Accounts
You may connect brokerage accounts you own (for example, Tradovate, Webull, or Alpaca, where supported). You connect each account yourself, and what you give us depends on the broker.
For Tradovate, you enter your Tradovate API key details together with your Tradovate username and password (we recommend the dedicated API password Tradovate lets you create for your key, rather than your login password). They are encrypted and stored on your own computer. We do not receive or store them. The app uses them only to connect to Tradovate for you and run the features you turn on, and you can delete them at any time.
For brokers that connect through their own sign-in (OAuth), you sign in on the broker's site and the app keeps only an access token on your computer, not your broker password. Any other API keys a broker requires, and your market data keys, are likewise encrypted and stored on your own computer, and we do not receive or store them.
Your relationship with each broker is governed by your agreement with that broker, including its fees, margin requirements, order handling, and market data terms. Some brokers charge for API access or market data; those charges are yours. TTT is not responsible for a broker's acts, outages, rejections, fills, or account decisions.
You may disconnect a broker at any time from Settings, or revoke access directly with the broker.
5. Trading, Strategies, and Automation
All orders, strategies, and automated tools run only at your direction. You choose which tools or algorithms to use, which account they run on, the order size, and the risk settings. You are solely responsible for every order sent from your account, including orders generated by a strategy or automation you started.
Where a broker offers a simulated or paper account, the Platform defaults to it where available. Switching to a live account is your decision, and you should test any strategy in simulation first.
The Platform may offer risk controls such as per-trade limits, daily and weekly loss stops, and trading-time windows. These controls are tools you configure, not a guarantee. They depend on market data, broker connections, and our systems, any of which can be delayed or fail, and they may not prevent losses larger than the limit you set, especially in fast or gapping markets.
Past performance, backtests, simulated results, and examples are not indicative of future results. Trading futures, options, and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone; you can lose more than your initial deposit. 6. Market Data and Third-Party Content
Market data, news, and other third-party content are provided by licensors and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Market data is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use on the Platform only; you may not redistribute, resell, or store it outside the Platform. Exchanges and data providers may require you to agree to their own terms or declare your professional status.
7. Free Trial, Subscription, and Billing
New accounts may start with a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at the price shown at checkout (currently $70 per month). Subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Whop, and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time through your Whop account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
We may change prices or plans with advance notice. A price change applies from your next billing period after the notice.
8. Refunds and Payment Disputes
Send refund requests to [email protected] from the email address on your account.
If a refund is issued, your access to the program or product that was refunded ends.
If you are a legacy member, we will look into the reason for your request and try to resolve the issue with you before any refund decision.
If you open a payment dispute or chargeback and it is decided in our favor, your account may be blocked from the Platform indefinitely.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to manipulate any market; access accounts you do not own or are not authorized to operate; share, sell, or sublicense your access; copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Platform or its data; bypass security or usage limits; or upload malicious code.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law or a data licensor, or to protect the Platform, other users, or you. Where practical we will tell you why.
10. License and Intellectual Property
Subject to these Terms and your active trial or subscription, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform. The Platform, its software, design, and content belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of the data you enter, such as watchlists, layouts, and strategy settings.
11. Availability and Changes
The Platform depends on the internet, hosting providers, brokers, and data vendors, and may be slow, interrupted, or unavailable at times, including during volatile markets. Always keep another way to reach your broker and manage your positions.
We may add, change, or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid subscription includes, we will tell you in advance.
12. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM, ITS DATA, OR ANY STRATEGY WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PROFITABLE.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TTT AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE PLATFORM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PLATFORM IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TTT and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your trading, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the place where you live.

16. General
We may update these Terms. The current version is always posted on this page with its "Last updated" date. For material changes we will notify you in the Platform or by email before they take effect; continuing to use the Platform after that means you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or sale of the business. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Risk Disclosures are the entire agreement between you and us about the Platform.
